To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
We cannot stop an order once it has been shipped. Returns initiated during the transit period will not have the shipping refunded and will have to be shipped back at the customers expense.
Warehouse Pickup orders may be subject to a 10% restocking fee if canceled after 14 days of pickup notification.
Orders re-routed to a new address while in transit are subject to an additional shipping charge.

30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, providing you with a month to request a return from the date of delivery. If the delivery falls during a holiday period, we extend the return window to 45 days.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@surftech.com. In your email, provide us with your First and Last Name, order ID number, date of purchase, and the reason for the return.
Once your return is approved, please write the provided RA# (Return Authorization Number) on the box or return label. Please note that we do not provide return labels. We cannot be held responsible for return shipments that are lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. For added security, we recommend shipping returns with insurance and tracking. Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will promptly evaluate the issue and take steps to make it right.
We offer a 30-day exchange policy from date of purchase for all orders, including boards.

Please note that we do not provide return labels for exchanges. The cost of shipping the item back to our warehouse will be the responsibility of the customer. However, if your exchange request is approved by our customer service team, you may drop off the item in person at our warehouse, and there will be no additional charge for this service.

If your return is approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
