NSP - Race - Ninja Pro Carbon

$2,500.00

A predominately flat-water board that excels in chop and small bumps.

The Ninjas are all about efficiency, saving the energy riders need for longer runs.

An incredibly fast flatwater weapon with key design elements that works really well in water with textured conditions. Nose diving is minimized by a subtle redistribution of the volume, while an improved cockpit design keeps out more water.

The increasing demands of flatwater racers, looking to race even narrower shapes, made us design the Ninja with a lowered standing area, in 21” up to 24” widths.

NSP Ninja Design
A lower center of gravity really helps the stability when you are racing, allowing for a design that benefits from a reduced width. A Ninja with a width of just 20″ is an incredible stable and fast flatwater weapon. The Ninja has a full-length nose with an aggressive bulbous design that pierces through the water and chop. The displacement hull creates a smooth ride with minimal wake yet maintains speed and efficiency.

We eliminated the 12’6″ from the racing program and focussed on a full-size range instead. The result is a more complete Ninja line-up, consisting of four different widths. Long-distance racers will immediately appreciate the efficiency of the Ninja, allowing athletes to conserve their energy until it is time to sprint and leave their adversaries in their wake.

FINS:

The NSP 22 and 24 racing fins are designed to deliver top performance: Expect excellent tracking, stability, efficiency, speed, and easy acceleration. We recommend the 22 Racing Fin for the 20″-wide Ninja, the 21″ and 22″. Our racing team produced the best and most consistent results on the 24″ with the 24 racing fins.

NSP Ninja construction diagram
Elite Pro Carbon technology construction is essential when winning is all that matters. Extremely lightweight, incredibly stiff and handbuilt to precise specifications to get you the best-performing shape available on the market.

– Cutting edge aerospace carbon fibers and ultra-light core materials are combined with a unique vacuum construction, making Pro Carbon the lightest, stiffest and fastest racing construction technology available.

– Featuring a PVC reinforced deck for integrity plus carbon rails for stiffness reducing flex and making the board ultra responsive.

– Carbon Innegra™ reinforcement adds impact protection around rail lip, the nose and tail for close quarter battles at race starts and from the chasing racers in a draft train.

– Pro Carbon is an elite construction technology that is standard in our production race boards allowing you to own exactly the same boards that NSP pros Travis Grant, Titouan Puyo, Annie Reickert and Ty Judson win on.

THE NSP NINJA FEATURES CARBON REINFORCED RAIL LIPS & CARBON RAIL BAND
By using Innegra™ Carbon for the rail lips in favour of “conventional” biaxial carbon, one of the most ding-prone areas on any raceboard is drastically reinforced without weight penalties. Ding resistance, durability and damage tolerance all increase, protecting your equipment. All recessed NSP Raceboards benefit from this new construction, including the NSP Ninja. Along with Uni-directional rail bands (on the side) and 100% biaxial carbon layups (on the deck and bottom), the lightness, stiffness and performance of these boards is unique!

FEATURES:

Recessed deck for a low center of gravity, adding stability
A relatively wide tail helps performance and confident buoy turning
Accelerator Vacuum System (AVS) for quick water drain out of the deck
Full-length nose -keeps the entire board in the water, creating speed and consistency.while piercing through the water.
Additional features are its neoprene handles, the proven 4 drain holes that immediately expel excess water from the dugout.
A patented GORE® vent near the GoPro (or GPS) fixture point prevents a pressure build-up, allowing oxygen to pass but keeping out moisture.
