In a variety of lengths from 6'0" to 10'0", the Blacktips feature durable and rigid multi-stringer cores, reinforced rubber bumpers at the nose and tail, are heat-laminated, textured-soft foam decks, and padded slick bottoms. The Blacktip’s have been the “go-to” boards for surf schools, self-educated, rental, and the surfer that wants a safe reliable board for their favorite break. "As an aging surfer, I wanted a worry free inexpensive high volume board that will float me and that I can knee paddle. Haven't surfed it yet because I live a good ways from the coast, but I have paddled it in Puget Sound and I cracked out a mile in 18:30 the other day, so it definitely has the flotation and glide that I was looking for."
